Smart Deposit, is an innovative new insurance product will free tenants from the age-old problem of having to raise a deposit before moving into rented property.

The Smart Deposit enables accommodation to be let without asking for any deposit. An insurance policy can be purchased for a fixed £199.00 fee instead of having to provide a deposit or bond.

The policy lasts 6 months or 6 years, however long you rent the property.

Smart Deposit offers an alternative to the government schemes while providing attractive benefits to tenants, at a time when the effects of the credit crunch are putting pressure on the lettings market.

Smart Deposit offers peace of mind to landlords and allows the tenant to move in without the need to tie up their money for the duration of the tenancy.
